What we need from you

To receive a free survey account, you must:

  • Be a student or pupil *
  • Provide a valid school-issued email or a document from your school showing enrollment
  • Have a UmfrageOnline user account

What you need to do

Follow the instructions below to apply for a Student Account:

  1. If you do not already have one, create a free account now
  2. Send us an email from your school-issued email address to support@umfrageonline.com
  3. If you do not have a school-issued address, send us documents that prove your student status

Your application will be manually reviewed and someone from our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. It usually takes less than a day. If the review is successful, your UmfrageOnline account will be upgraded to a free Student Account. All your existing surveys and data will remain.
